We are working towards making Banking accessible for our differently abled customers. We are making comprehensive efforts to enhance the experience of these customers by implementing changes to our branches, promoting inclusive design, and providing accessible services. We are training our staff to help people with different needs in the best possible way.

In order to facilitate our customers we have taken the following measures:

Provision of Accessible infrastructure

  • Availability of Ramps for wheel chairs
  • Low height adjusted lockers

Trained Staff

Trained personnel are available in our branches to provide comprehensive assistance and support to our customers to ensure they can avail banking services without any hassle.

Accessible Stationery

We have made Braille Account Opening Forms available to accommodate the needs of visually impaired customers.
